35 exactly what you said.  We were at our yoga class today, and one of the gals talked about how her cholesterol is down to normal since she has been doing yoga, and does not need drugs.  We are both in great health and I atribute it to a positive state of mind, and yoga.  A

I feel like I'm much younger than I am chronologically.

   Somewhere between 25 and 50.

I think I'm still about 30, but my back ( oh it hurts sometimes) says otherwise. 

I'm actually healthier now than I've been in a long time... making taking care of myself as a priority now that I am widowed.   I have the wisdom of my age but feel more like a 40-something.   

There are times when I feel like a dorky twelve year old.  

My body says about 50, My mind says 30.  The calander says I need to take a nap

30ish   I have great health and plan to keep it that way.  I don't take any "pills" and plan to keep it that way.

When people ask me, the first thing that comes to mind is '53' because I still feel like I'm in my early 50's. I'm going to be 63 this week, so I better get used to it 

Some days I feel like a teenager.  Other days I feel like an octogenarian.  Just depends on the day and what's going on.

I feel as though I'm around 30, although I'm getting close to twice that.

The only time I feel a little creaky is first thing in the morning when I get out of bed and take the first few steps. Creak creak creak.

I like your answer - there are good days and bad days, mood-wise and health-wise, and some of that is determined by what is going on with clients and homes - HA!  In general, I would say only 10 years younger than my real age. 

My minds age ages just like my chronicale age.  When I was 30 I felt like I was 17, at 40, 25, at 50, 30 and now at 65, 40.

I don't know how I am supposed to feel at my age. But overall I generally feel younger, sometimes alot!

I agree with you, and would have to say 35-40 range. I'm in good health and don't look or feel my age. I eat healthy food, and take good care of myself and  hope to continue to work for many years to come. 

I'm (Jared) turning 45 this year.  We both eat a very healthy diet and exercise 4-6 days a week.  That part of it makes me feel young!  Then there's the recovery after a work out...  and my back hurts...  and my hip is sore after golf...

In my mind I'm still 27 years old, I often forget my actual age (47) when people ask because I do not focus on it. A fulfilled life tends to not worry about age. Although fulfilled in many ways, my bride is 29 forever;  "or else!" she says to me, with a gleam in one eye & a glare in the other (how does she do that?)

Good morning Debbie. I hurt my back last week lifting weights, for a week I have been feeling my age.

I feel like a kid until after showing more that four 3-level plus basement apartment Victorian townhouses.  Then the geezer sets in!

Parts of the day I feel different ages.  Morning is really good.

I turned 58 today! But, I have never felt better, I think I'm still in my 30's somedays...others not so much!

I still "think" I'm college aged, I've been told I look and act much younger than I am (and even my kids don't get it right), and I'm in pretty good shape. However, when I went running up the stairs this morning my knees were definitely reminding me of my age!

I still party like it's 1999....... only now it takes a full week to recover.

Debbie, Turning 40 was magical for me. I really came into my own at that time of my life.  I feel like I am 40.  There are days I say I feel like I am 90 … but truthfully, I have no way of knowing what that feels like.  I know what 40 feels like.

Like most comments, I think the 30s because I have a daughter in her 20s who keeps me young and makes sure I know what is happening in her generation.

I was nine when the dolphins showed up along my running route Saturday and turned 900 when the alligator snatched a bird from the bush on Sunday.
