While there isn't any official "watch" group, we do all watch out for one another.  Everyone is usually quick to jump in and help, when needed.  A few of us were walking at night and rang doorbells to tell neighbors their garage door was open, lights off, door open, etc...too many forgetful elderly. 

My husband is the local Gladys Kravitz !!!   I know nobody and I don't know if they even know I exist.

We keep an eye out and the neighborhood watch cost a listing agent a sale; neighbors called and the law enforcement came in with gun drawn. Will never join one!

We don't have one... overall we're in a very safe neighborhood and all the homes have front porches, so people see what's going on as part of their daily routines. I can't tell you how many times I've left the front door unlocked and gone out, or garage door open all night and nothing happened. Hope it stays that way.

We do not. We barely know our neighbors, and we've been here 10 years next month, so we'd have no way of knowing who's legitimate and who's not. I know of no organized neighborhood watch in the area. The style of houses in our neighborhood are not really suited to keeping watch on neighbors - recessed entry doors, few if any street-facing windows, lack of front porches with enough room for seating, etc. 

We don't have a formal watch. There's a group of us that look out for each other, and the other neighbors. 

    Recently, I went outside after dark to investigate a loud noise (something more than a raccoon knocking over a trash can).

    One of my neighbors was already outside; he was holding a flashlight and a 9mm handgun.  Another neighbor came over to join us, he was carrying a rifle.  I was holding a 12 gauge shotgun.

   Does that count as a "Neighborhood Watch"?

Not organized in my area.  We do have the phone numbers for our nearest neighbor.  I call and check on them as well as them on me.  I also get a call if one of the horses get out of the fence! Elderly neighbors are the best!  They tell you everything!  In my neighborhood it's mostly owners - no issues so far. 

No need at this time. We have had a HUGE rash of burglaries and robberies but they have been staying in the commercial district. Our church has been broken into 5 times this year! It's to bad they don't find some repentance there.

Living outside neighborhood/subdivision the neighbors keep an eye on each other's property w/o being nosy or pesky.  One day I had knock on the door asking if I knew there was a car literally up a tree near our barn!!

No, I didn't. After investigated learned that a young driver was worried about being late for work so he called a buddy to pick him.  He left the car.  As the police & wrecker arrived his mother arrived to claim her son's car!  I deleted the photos or I would post a few photos.

We don't have one where I live!

All of my neighbors know each other and definitely look out for each other. It's a cul-de-sac with only 8 homes.  

Before anyone can get to our house, they have to pass through the farm of our best but nosiest neighbor.   If he sees a strange vehicle pass his house, he will jump on his four wheeler and follow it to see what they are up to.

Then they have to pass my husband's sister's house.   She will call us before anyone can get down the hill to our house.

Our driveway into the woods looks like a path to nowhere and people get that "banjo music playing" feeling when they see the NO trespassing signs.

Only one has tried it, at 1:30 in the morning on a drunken joy ride, and MY husband, retired Public Safety Officer, had him arrested and prosecuted.

Best part of it is, there's only one way in and more importantly; there's only one way out through that same gauntlet.   We can call and our neighbors are known to block the road to get license numbers.   NO problems here !

No but I am in a neighborhood group that communicates. 

I pretty much am the neighborhood watch.  I report report report when I see something amiss. 

I would be glad to, but all the neighbors always seem to close their curtains and blinds in the evening!  

We all keep a eye out for each other.

We had a neighborhood watch in our old neighborhood but not where we currently live. I believe my neighbors would not hesitate to keep an eye out and call me if something didn't look right. I would do the same.

Not where I live now. They want me to join the neighborhood page & I won't do it. 

My neighbors are retired & always watching what I'm doing so no need for an official title.

Our neighbors watch out for each other and we are in a gated community which helps.

No, I do not. I am mindful of what's happening in my community - nothing organized or formal.  

No such a thing currently in my neighborhood.  Though the neighbors do informally keep an eye out.

I am the go to. I keep watch as my house is high up and has to be passed when coming or going into our neighborhood. I see it all. We all stay in touch

We don't have one called a 'Neighborhood Watch' per se in our community, but do have a 'Neighborhood Posse' that are trained volunteers who do evening shifts of driving around the community Candice A. Donofrio.  If they see anything suspicious they do not confront but call 911, though if someone left their garage door open and it's dark out, they would call the homeowner.  That being said, one of the places we lived in CA had a 'Neighborhood Watch' and it was very helpful to know what was going down in our area or on our street.   

I keep an eye on my neighbor's but have no interest in an organized watch.

No - but I have a friend who does.....drum roll...
