Is it a drinking problem that would cause you to be of limited service for your clients? If so, I'm sure you know what to do.

There are no bad questions, there are only bad teachers. Do you guys have only one RE school in there and one set of questions to ask in the Rain?

Do you mean Limited Service?  It is a consumer choice that every Seller or Buyer is legally entitled to.   Brokers can choose whether or not to offer it.

It depends.   On the situation.  On the client.  It depends on the definition of "limited".

This is a question that's being asked what seems like at least once or twice a week. You might want to see previous responses. Personally, I don't care for limited agency... limited means limited. How is that servicing a client?

It's bad for clients and the agents, because it leaves the door open for law suits, if the clients think you did something wrong.

I think that it is great, eliminates a lot of the deal killing drama that agents are so fond of at times.

I think it is good for consumers to have price/quality options.  I also think that proper disclosure is what makes it all work.
