All of the above and then some.  I think the more experienced a person becomes in their busines, the easier it is to identify and control the "robbers".

Solicitors! Phone calls and I am on the "do not call" list (LOVE the "block caller" feature), spam, texts, even snail mail!!!  Ugghhh!!!

For me it is people in love with the sound of their own voice!  For this reason I try my VERY best to avoid most phone calls. 

People having an obsession with Facebook.

ME !   I am MY worst "time robber" because I take whatever time is necessary to serve the needs of MY clients and MY agents.

I answer the same question over and over until it clicks and they understand.   I answer multiple calls from an agent about the same deal, in the same hour, on the same day.   I drive out to hand deliver documents to the wife who is home bound while her husband is doing a double shift at work.   I involve myself with so many charity functions that mean a lot to me but "rob" ME of time and the money I could be making.

I have a great job and a great life.   Wish the same for ALL of YOU !

Technical problems with my computers, printers, etc. by far are my worst time wasters and the most frustrating to me too.

Family...they think I can be available at anytime

For me it is unwanted spam email that I keep deleting/unsubscribing and seems to double in size the next day.

Tech issues, traffic, lead generation sales calls.  Those at least I can say "Our brokerage has a policy against this type of service" and they can't argue that.

You've pretty much named them all. I think that technical issues take the longest to overcome or correct either on your phone or computer.

This year I swore that this will be the year of NO SPAM or anything that I don't want. Working good so far.

People in the office who want to talk my ear off.  I usually politely tell them I really need to get some work done.

Definitely Googling telephone numbers from unanswered call to make sure they are legitimate and not scammer/spammers. Then blocking the losers.

The biggest time wasters could be those lead calls from Zillow. Just as much is the mountain of spam that comes from posting emails and phone numbers on my blogs. Yes the bring new and real clients, but the spam is a hindrance. 

Yesterday, computer problems.  Last week, a "chit chatty" lender rep (get to work buddy!).  I've put restrictions on myself for things like Facebook -- early in the am and late at night... Not in-between.

All of the above, Fred... but fortunately not all on the same day! Technical problems really do have a way of sucking up time and building frustration. I just try to roll with it... as often there's not much I can do otherwise.

My spam filters work well for me so that one is not an issue. Emails that need a thughtful and detailed response take too much of my time. I usually answer those with a phone call but sometimes have to write the response.
