Hi Ddepending on what kind of budget you may or may not have you may want to consider joining a top producing team for the first 2 years to get some overflow deals. don't get caught up on your brand. Your brand is nothing if you are broke and have to leave the business after a year and half with not enough sales as a solo agent.

Don't waste any time on planning - Just go and work every day. If there is something to spend time on, it is systems to help you keep contact with leads, but only part of the day should be reserved for that.
