Our office has a receptionist on the weekend.  Sometimes there is a floor agent.  I am typically in and out.

There is no office staff, however, one or more agents is typically in the office on the weekends. So there isn't any official office hours on the weekends but almost always business taking place in the office on the weekend.

No shut down here !   The "Franklin County, Virginia Mortgage Division" (impressive title for lil' ol' ME) is open 24 / 7 if you have a phone or email.

And YES, I do appointments on weekends too.   In fact, I'm doing one today for a nice gentleman that works Monday through Friday who wanted his wife to join him for the discussion and application.   That's a GOOD  thing !

Our office closes at 5pm on Friday and reopens at 9am on Monday. We agents have total access to the office if we need to meet clients there. We have no agents on duty ever in any of our offices.

My office building is closed after 5pm and weekends.

But, I'm in usually there until 6pm and on Saturdays-albeit I tour homes with buyers most of my Saturdays rather than sit in my office all day. 

I'm by appointment though so it matters not. I've never worked in an office with good walk in traffic except when I was in San Mateo (in The Bay Area).

NO AOD on the weekends but we all have access if needed.

2 assistants on duty in overlaping shifts. We have reduced hours. Sat close at 6, Sun at 5.  We recently did a survey on when appts are made & it seemed to be in the mornings.

Paul, After hours phone duty and weekend duty is it.  We're 2nd floor of an office complex and not likely to have a lot of walk up traffic.  Most of the agents work remotely.

Wer always have someone on duty.  Any company that completely shuts down for the weekend is in the wrong business.  Unless of course they are in an office park and have no chance for walk-in traffic.  They should have the office phone number forwarded to an admin or agent so a call is never missed.  We all know how that story ends...

We do not do floor duty, never had a walk in to the best of my knowledge but there are always agents working on Stuff.

Corporate office opened on Saturday until 2:00. Our Broker Model does not have any Agents on Duty. All work out of home office...

We have someone covering at least half of every weekend. Floor time all day on Saturdays but Sundays are open.

We do not have floor duty at our office, but do have a receptionist on duty on Saturday, not Sunday.  

No one on duty in the office, but everyone has a cell and ready to assist.

We had a receptionist on Saturdays up until the first of the year now volunteer agents keep it open on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays.

We are always open, but call ahead just in case we are not.

We don't shut down on weekends. I was in the office this afternoon. No one else was around. Generally someone is in the office from 8 to 4 on Saturday. I opened up the office. I had to get a listing agreement together, and I figured why not open up. You never know who might walk in. Although that cost me about an hour or so of time. Several friends stopped in to talk and visit. Oh well...that's all part of staying in touch and reminding my friends who they can go to when someone needs my services.

Each of us is in complete control of our own office since we are a virtual office.

We have agents that work there every day, but not so much on weekends

Hi Paul - Since it's just Mary and me, and since the "office phones" are our cell phones, there is always an agent on duty. But the office itself is usually closed on weekends unless we're there for a client meeting or heavy duty printing.

We have two offices, both are open on Saturday and they alternate on every other Sunday.  Our office is open to the agents seven days a week and only close from midnight until seven in the morning.

The door is locked, but there is virutally always someone there - well, not the middle of the night!

There is an agent on duty from 9 to 5o on Saturday and from 1 to 4 on Sunday.

M-F 8 - 8.  Saturday 8 - 5.  Sunday 12 - 5.  

We have a ginormous office.  Nobody else in Fort Wayne is open as much as we are.  

I work from home ... I am open on the weekend.

We have an assistant on Saturday from 8 to 2.

Sunday I like to go in from 12 to three as nobody is around and have had people show up that end up being client's.

Our office is open 7 days/week - 9am-5pm. My availability exceeds that.
