Each member that writes market reports gets their own data from their MLS and does their report themselves. ActiveRain offers a platform, not data for local markets.

You need to compile and post it as a blog and then try to people read it .....
Here is a link MY MV CA blog
Here is another one CUPERTINO CA RE Update
I do not subscribe to local RE data as I disagree with most results.
That is where other local agents fail. My strength is analyze data and predict future. It has been used in local news over and over.

Peter people are coming up with data from their local MLS. Active Rain does not provide "monthly market trend reports that are tailored to my local market for Blog posts, etc."
If I can be of help to you at all, please feel free to give me a call.

If I understand you correctly, you don't. AR is not the source for that unless another member in your area posts it. But Sam Shueh gave you a nice primer on how to generate some yourself.

Peter Westbrook - I thought the 'INSIDER' data is from member's own research or MLS/IDX. AR, to best of my knowledge, does not have any insider data.
Now if you refer to some of the market report templates, those charts are from Marker Leader 'insider' data.

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to get. AR has no intrinsic data.

I think you definitely have this term confused! Check your MLS and compile your market statics. AT is only a platform to get your message and stats out..not to compile the data.

Most MLS systems allow us to set up searches and extract the data. I have several saved so all I have to do us press "update" and the new data is there.

Market Insider is a term and feature used by Market Leader which used to be the owner of ActiveRain. I think maybe you have the two confused.

Do you means insider data for market report? That comes from the mls of the areas you work. Some members use the same template for all the areas they cover in their blog.
