Manifestation of "cabin fever".  I'm seeing more agents doing more showings and yes, my calls have increased too.  Spring is about to sprung.

Our weather is about the same, but fortunately with some rain last night and more forecasted for tomorrow.

I think this is the break we need.

Calls seem to have much less to do with temps than with my actions.

When your temps get higher, our homebuyers leave to go home. Our "season" here depends on white winters up north. Our office memo today reminded us that there are only 19 days left in our "selling season", even though more buyers are buying in the offseason now. Thank goodness!

We are seeing warmer temperatures as well, and more listings are finally hitting the market. 

We have had wonderful weather for the last several weeks. Business is really picking up. Thankfully it didn't snow too much today and I think that upward business trend will continue for us. 

I fully agree....it's suppose to be 70 here on Wed....convertible weather!!!!

Our daffodils are beginning to sprout. We have great weather for looking at homes.

In our colder climes we see a small bump

Weather is not a big factor in my market.

Things are on pace here in Southwest Florida as the weather is not a big factor. Normally always good!

With a mild winter we've been running hard in real estate all winter.

The winter has been relatively decent this year. 

My calls have already been keeping the phone ringing off the hook. The warm weather will keep it ringing for sure

Our Southern California weather isn't as much of a consideration as in other areas.  We had rain over the weekend and more expected.

Our weather is right on target so normal business.

We have rain coming our way.  

We are getting rains finally.  I got one listing but the sellers will not let me show it since it is rented. It will be make an offer subject to inspection.

We get rainstorms tomorrow and then average temps to slightly chillier than normal Tue-Thu then more rain Fri-Mon.  It'll slow some things down, but we need the rain.

And now that people have gotten their tax refunds back too.

Our winter has been very mild.  The temperature was in the 70's today and will be the next 2 days.  It is just beautiful.

Our warmer weather stars tomorrow.  But, last week was overbooked and most of next week is filled up.  Good things to come.
