I do not though I used to. Now they can get everything they need online and I send them links to check out.

I support my Realtors when they send out packages by providing my materials as well.  Sometimes a consultation with a potential lender can eliminate potential problems BEFORE that limited time frame visit to our area.  It is a plus for me too because I can establish a person to person relationship when they visit that eliminates stranger hesitations when we are communicating long distance.

Yes, I send them my market blogs!  Area info and an idea of what's happening in the market.

It depends on what they are looking for, and why they want to live in your community.  I would try to personalize it to fit their needs.  A

I sned them the proper hyperlinks. Much fasrter and less expensive. Prospects will still consider you the expert if the information is current and to the point of what they are searching for in the neighborhood.

For family with kids, I would include school district information, school registration packages and local day care services.

Just handwritten card

I send them a link to the promotional material that my association has made.  It's a very nice overview of our County.

One of the unique things I did for actively looking relocating buyers is to send them a different picture, and a little dialogue, of the area each day when they weren't in town.  It was my way of keeping them connected and feeling like they were learning about the area.
