Now that marijuana is legal in my state, I have taken some very interesting classes on this subject. 

Probably not what you were expecting but I enjoy classes on appraisals.   It's partly because I can never figure out where some of these values come from but also because with better understanding of them, I know where to look for problems BEFORE  sending the appraiser out and can remedy or prepare for the expected outcome.   That makes it easier on ALL involved in the transaction; including my agents and clients.

I learned the most that would clients in a 1031 tax free exchange class.  But I had the most fun in a class about learning how to best communicate with clients based on their personality.

I have taken hundreds of them and topics change as to my and my business needs at the time.

None, since I did not find any value in them. You also need to take the same classes every few years~ what a waste of time.

 I find all CE classes informative.

My certification for RSPS, learned things valuable to my business that I use every week.

I don't have a favorite one.  I don't find it a useful exercise to track such metrics.
