I have had tens so far and they have made their money back too
Richie Alan Naggar
Bob "RealMan" Timm
Tony and Suzanne Marri...
Tony and Suzanne,
My expert stager Kim Gaston walks them through the house with exact instructions which they typically follow so I would give most of our sellers a 9 or 10. It helps that they know our professional photographer will taking pictures. A little added incentive to make it look good.
I'd put most of my clients between a 9 and a 10 on decluttering. Most of my peeps are pretty great.
For the most part, it is about an 8 or 9.
Not as many as I'd like. So many times they want the listing up now now now and then you have to inform them that the house has to be cleaned now now now...lol! I would say 8% have the homes perfectly ready for pics....
we will not take photos until the home is ready.... this is a "one shot deal" and the first photos that are displayed MUST be the best....
I think most of my Sellers are tens also, as they want their photos to be stellar.
I would rate my seller's at a 9!
Most are 7, i get some 10's and get some 2's.
An average of 9 with some 10s.
Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers - it's individual choice -- however, I am lucky, it's mostly 2-3 weeks or less for the sellers to get home ready to 'stage and sell'!
Tony and Suzanne,
We did not have trouble with any of our clients. We were selling a building that was pink, and we asked the owner to have it painted white. The next day it was white. The same with office space. A
I say most are a 9 or a 10.
4 or less
Oh, they are 10s before the photographer gets there, I can assure you, even if it takes a few months.
9s and 10s.
Most are close to a 8, but some are 10's
Most 9. Or even 10
Had one some years ago I would say was a 5 :(
I'm going with a 3 as I usually have to do some nagging Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers
Six to eight.
I rate them at 8
I have them from 1 to 10. And occasionally some in the minus numbers.
