Up until 2015, I sent a newsletter that I created every other month.   A few years ago I initiated an e-newsletter which became much easier for most of my sphere.    2015 was so busy, I sent one in January and one in December.  I send the e-newsletters out through Constant Contact.

I send an email newsletter...used to use the California Association of Realtors Newsletter but they got to be difficult at best... so I switched and it is Fidelity Title and it is simple and easy not painful...

I have never been convinced of the value in sending out a newsletter.  and the stack of unread newsletters on my desk is a constant reminder of the futility of them.

We had a monthly newsletter for a few years.  We printed them ourselves, then eventually found a local printer.  We switched to post cards.

Honestly, I think you will have better engagement with a newsletter you create yourself.  Having local news and stories about yourself (personal not business) will get you more attention.  At first, it will take time, but after a while, you will have a formula and it will go quickly.  Or you can hire out a majority of it.
