It's based on you doing it all there way with mandatory price reductions scheduled and agreed to in advance...lots of caveats and the genius is you do not care if they take you up on it, because you're in the door.

"...price acceptable to you.." as though another way existed.

"*" means sufficent room does not exsit to list all the conditions that apply so look at the 5 pt font red font in the pink footer. (I'm serious, that is how it  arrived at my door)

However, it is a workable startegy that typicly says, "Buy a house from my inventory, any house above $500,000, and I'll buy your house if you use my preferred lender."

I just received one of these at one of my listings. It's a bunch of garbage. in some cases, * means, seller is required to use agent to buy another house, house they buy must be one of their listings, and it must be a move up house, etc.
