We are self-serve!

We don't use many in-ground signs. Our primary area only allows daytime signage, only during an open house. One of our team is responsible for setting the signs up and taking them down.

Depends on the area. In many local areas, the regular large signs are not allowed. For a regular sign, I call the company where my signs are stored, they install and remove it by my request. 

I have people on the team for this.

I do this myself. 

I have a sign company install my signs, a landscper cut my lawn, a painter paint my house, a handyman make my home repairs.  Keep that dollar flowing so we can all make a living.

I have vinyl sign posts that fit on a stake.  I put up and take down my own.  I can get the sign up before the ink is dry on the contract.

Most of the agents in our area use post signs and sign installation companies.

We have a company but any rider's are our responsibility.

I don't even dig out of my own snow!  So yeah, I get a pro to install my signs.

Install my own. The typical sign around here is the metal frame type that gets frozen in the sod in the winter. Fun fun.

Like everyone else I used signs from day one. Then we went through a season here where bad people were breaking into houses with signs. They could see inside the house from the Internet MLS pictures. So I stopped using signs for a while. What I found was my sellers preferred it. It kept the neighbors from asking unwanted questions and seeing their house on the Internet.
