It depends on the person and if they need to be in the office to be productive.  For me, I work from home.  We don't have a physical office.  We used to do the Re/Max thing, but were never in the office.

Whatever works for you. I just talked to a member who spends about 2 hours  daily in Starbucks working. He gets solid leads every month from it.

Worked from home most of last year. Thought I would do more.  T was wrong, Just moved my desk to a room with 2 others. Really think this is going to be better. More time spent with seasoned agents, pushed to work harder and learn from others while at the office. So far I'm in the office 2 days a week,  I believe I'm more productive there.

Both, though more often from home, even though we each have a desk (cubicle) in the office Leanne Carpenter.  We are at our office weekly, but not daily.
