I get thanks via text and email, no cards.

I would appreciate a card, a call, an email, something!!!!

Don't really get any cards just regular marketing material.

I've received thank yous from some lenders, one attorney (and not the one who gets the bulk of the referrals... hmmm) and an inspector.   I really hope they're not a thing of the past.

I receive very few these days, however my favorite inspector brings by home made choclate chip cookies with a note after every referral. 

Not usually. Most use email these days.

Rarely.  But I send them out, so it helps me stand apart.

I have not gotten a "real" thank you from a vendor for a very long time, except lenders.

I haven't received any in a while, but some vendors drop baskets by the office for everyone to enjoy.

I do from some.  For me it is the way they do business which causes me to do business with them again.  A card, for me it is a thing of the past.

They seem to be a thing for a day gone by.  We all just like great service and timely  responses.

I rarely get a thank you note.  I guess I don't even think about it.

My best ''thank you '' result is a satisfaction of my clients, if my clients are happy, i'll use that vendor again and again. 

Email is the trend.

We do, on occasion. And they never need to. If we're using them, it's because we love them!

Electronic communications, rarely snail mail.

Not usually.  Most are too spooked by the gift laws to even send a card.

The thank you is service beyond expectations. A card is not needed.

Yes, still do, sometimes and sometimes gift cards. When I bought my first BMW (years and years ago), I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers.
