Oh that looks FABULOUS! I love to cook too! However, I had a rough week and want to be less of a 'hands on hostess' than usual . . . so I made my contribution 'self serve' this year. I have a huge pot of shredded beef chili going (and I make it with organic beef and veggies, and dark Metzican beer!), black bean dip, guacamole, lots of blue chips and I am just putting together a giant pitcher of Maggie mix that I make with organic citrus and agave syrup. 2 big bottles of Cazadores and a frig full of libations, regular and octane. And a birthday cake for a birthday today. Our guests are bringing ribs and salads and who knows what else . . . the dog is so happy for a party she's letting me do her nails. 3:)  Enjoy yours!

The plan was for each neighbor to bring something. Sonce then my wife has Chicago hot beef sandwiches with onions and peppers, potato skins, a cold pasta salad, various cheese trays, along with chips and dip.

One neighbor is bringing the wings and other things.

The rest are asked only to bring large appetites so we don't have leftovers!

Won't see the game but headed to Houston today and will be at Sushi King for one of my favorite meals. They also have no TVs which suits me fine when dining.

That sounds fantastic and so very flavorful and perfect for the game. Our menu is much simpler. Dips and chips, veggies, subs, wings, cheese platter, chex mix. Brownie bars and cake pops are for dessert.

Looks good!  I hosted a 60 person party yesterday which was catered by a local BBQ joint.  I have tons of left overs, so those are going to be served.  Other than that, we typically do a pot luck for all the games, so it's really up to what people want to bring.

I'm burnt out on party hosting (yesterday's party took over two months to plan), so I'm not cooking or doing anything other than opening my doors.  If it wasn't for having by far the biggest TV of my friends, I might not have even hosted.  I'm so burnt out, I haven't even taken down all the decorations yet.

On the bright side, my blood pressue and stress level has dropped considerably since the party ended.  LOL!!!!

I will be having a salad from Panera most likely. No parties this year, and only good food since I am paying an arm and leg for my trainer, and he is a beast when my weight goes the wrong way!
