 No. I thought he was predicting six more weeks of winter. Heck! Humans can't get it right.

I think spring will arrive in 6 weeks no matter what.

Well, that was NOT what I predicted or wanted.  I am wanting more Winter ... more rain in CA.

Since it was so warm here in December and beginning of January,  I have bulbs coming up and buds on some of my plants, so bring on Spring!!

I grew up in PA!  I beleive on Phil's predictions but recognize that his may not always be accurate! 

that's great news....and I would not dare NOT believe him.... 

With as much snow as we have had this winter, sure would like an early spring! 

He is just as accurate as listening to the news!

His track record makes him a good candidate for a weather forecaster in many cities.

I think Phil is a little too far from the impacts of el nino.  East coast perhaps, but I think we're for more cool weather and rain.

An early spring is good news for most of us here in the Mid Atlantic/Northeast.  I guess not such great for those that deal w/ plowing, frozen pipes, etc.  But, it's good news for the majority of people and majority of businesses.

I never believe him because here, 6 weeks is an early spring.

I think El Nino has a couple good blizzards up her sleeve yet.
