I agree with Roger D. Mucci. "Pacific Heights". The sad part about this movie is that this can really happen in California.
Glengarry is an acting tour de force but I don't think I could watch it a second time.

Those are both classics, I like them all and find nuggets to learn from all over.
Robert May - hardly any 'Bollywood' movies are based on Real Estate - the one I remember was 'Khosla Ka Ghosla' - good movie about real estate practice in some part of India.
Boiler Room reminds me of the mortgage business of the mid 2000s. Glen Gary is another favorite of mine.
Real estate movie is Tombstone. Business movie is GoodFellas.
I guess I haven’t watched any. What very little HGTV I’ve watched has been fiction enough for me.

American Beauty is the first one that comes to mind. I'm sure I'll think of others.
I really loved the eternal optimism that Annette Benning had as the Realtor in American Beauty plus I loved the film. The way she saw her "job" resonates with me-at least in my earlier years.
I do not watch many movies.
The Big Short is simply terrific! #2 may be "The Money Pit"!
