I would not, unless the property has views or it is a very heavy rain ( you know what I mean, L.A. driving in the rain can be a huge pain:)

I would be out of work if I cancelled when it rained or snowed, or got below 32 degrees.

Unless its a typhoon, rain is OK. However, snow is a "no go" for me usually. We got 3.7 inches today and the town shut down, and every school is 100 miles closed. Those in Louisville are closed again tomorrow as well, then another big storm on Friday coming in.

We reschedule for ice or heavy snow (hilly, narrow roads in some lake communities), but not for rain.

Good morning Les & Sarah. Rain Really?  What's with the rain? Are you going to melt? I look at rain is being nothing more than liquid sunshine.

Unless it is freezing rain or a massive downpour for several hours with possible flooding, why would you reschedule?  Regular rain happens on a regular basis.  We have even gotten rain this January, which is rather unusual since it normally snows.

I would definitely plan to go forward. Unless we are in the middle of a monsoon with El Nino there is some chance the prediction is wrong

unless it might be freezing rain I go ahead.  Now if I lived in say San Diego where it is not going to rain again for 100 days and the client is local I might reschedule.

I can't imagine rescheduling a Showing Appointment because of rain Les & Sarah Oswald.  If I have previewed the house and know they have white carpets I would bring shoe covers with me, or ask people to take off their shoes (for some older clients that may or may not be easy, especially if a house is vacant with no chair to sit on).  Unless if we have Monsoon rains that are causing washes to overflow, I would not be concerned!

Depends on the appointment and the amount of rain.  Unless it is a heavy rain, I will show homes.  I don't deal with land, but I wouldn't go on a dirt driveway in the rain either.
