I make it a point that things go right - sometimes I can't help, though and that's when the buck stops with me.

My problem is that I take too much responsibility.  I try to rescue everything.  Gonna work on that this year without sacrificing service.

I have found it is easier to just say something went wrong and take the blame and move forward. Clients think you are in clontrol of everything anyway.

Yes if it's to be it's up to me.....or not.

For the most part, it is with me, unless there is eveidence that the other party was neglicgent and I will point that out.

Yes it does if I did something wrong. If not I don't make excuses I give reasons for doing what I did and let the cards fall where they may.

No. And hmm, excuses....don't use them. Unless I am too busy then I can say I forgot to pick up the dog because I am too busy. Works for me, not so much for the dog.

No, it's never my fault.  I can always find someone else to take the fall.

there are no excuses. there can be reasons. and i out that out there. when explaining others actions..you cannot make people do things when you want...i have to at time, appologize for them, take responsibility and then fire them from future work with us. it is hard to find people who do good work on time
