Ours has showing time, but I don't like it that much. I used it to set an appt a few days ago. Just as I was leaving to show a few townhouses, I checked my email, and there was an email from showing time saying my appt was canceled. Other times I'll set an appt, then hours later I get an email saying that time and/or day I had scheduled was not approved.

We have a system in place, few use it, but I just contact the agent the way they prefer to be contacted and don't whine about it. Some sellers may not even use electronics. I have many who do not.
