I'm been using ActiveCampaign, and I've been very happy w/ it.  It's lower priced than the others I've found.

Here's what I wrote about it on my site:

CRM - ActiveCampaign - Customer Relationship Management tool

I should have done this years ago!  But, I'm so glad that I finally took the plunge and invested in a CRM program.  If you have a customers and if you are looking to improve your close rate and/or looking for more repeat/referral business, this is a MUST HAVE.  This program allows you to stay in touch with your customers and provide timed campaigns to them pending on where they are in the purchase cycle.  You can trigger actions based on when you met, what they've clicked, after they've bought.  The possibilities are endless.

And, best of all, it's so cost efficient.  I had done some digging on this before I took the plunge, so I knew that some of the programs were expensive.  ActiveCampaign.com is the most efficient one I've found.  If you have less that 500 contacts, it's just $10 per month...and it is so easy to get more than $10 business in return.  And, if you buy for the year, you save 15%.  Within 2 weeks of using this, I saw an increase in my close rate and a shortened time frame on decisions.  Oh, and you can test this for FREE for 2 weeks.

Click here for your free trial of ActiveCampaign.

Excel until you figure out what you need the CRM to do.  Once you figure it out AND HAVE THE VOLUME of leads/clients to justify the expense, then review each to see if it fits your needs.

There are many out there that are general (salesforce, insight.ly) or realtor specific (top producer, and a few others).  Some lock you in to contracts and won't give you your data if you leave (or will charge you a pretty penny for it).  Try them out and find the one that works for you and your business flow.

Tin,

The most expensive part of any CRM is the testing, configuring, customization, training and implementation. When these are done and the mistake becomes apparent, the agent is in too deep to get out.

When selecting a CRM, the first step is to list those features your business actually needs. Contact management, drip campaigns, email authoring, communications journal, Lock box tracking, checklists, newsletter publishing, cloud based, multiuser at no additional charge, does not require credit card to enroll in trial period, SM integration and on and on and one. Those features your business needs you MUST test. There are many CRM in use by agents today that do not work and the agents do not know.

If budget is highest priority, many report Realty Juggle and their resisdent Outlook programs to me more that adequete

I use Wise Agent for traditional real estate stuff that will eventually be retired.

I use Sugar CRM for the more advanced and eventual only CRM

Real Estate Software User-Friendly CRM+

Hi Tin, Since Real Estate Software is my business I have identified over 30 CRMs and have tried about 15 of them personally.   Many CRM systems offer other tools and benefits besides the standard CRM capabilities.  A good system for you may not be a good system for someone else and vice-versa.  It comes down to finding the right system for you and your business and what youa re wanting to accomplish i.e. contact management, listing management, tranasction management, marketing management, communications, conversions etc...  There are many factors to take into account 1. What jobs are you trying to get done 2. What system are you currently on and do you need to migrate data 3. What is your marketing and business plan 4. What is your budget for software and marketing 5. How big is your company, single agent product vs. multi agent product.  Ultimately the right CRM system for you is the one that you are going to use and like working with to get the jobs you need to get done quicker, more effectively and with results.  The results of any good system are going to depend on your own efforts and abilities to use the tool and making sure you have the right tool for the results you seek and the budget aligned to get you there.  If you want me to give you an overview of the softwares I have explored I would be happy to tell you what I have found in the market.

Tin Nguyen I have always said - the best CRM for Real Estate Professional is Buffini & Company 's ReferralMaker.

And TopProducer is still one of the best.

I used to suggest Market Leader is good - with recent experience and limitations on the basic version, I'll not recommend it to ANYONE!
