My cell phone is out to pasture right now....

I got an offer of some land that I never thought would ever get an offer and a referral in my farm. Yay

It was we had an accepted offer last night!  YIPPIE... Happy Thanksgiving! 

Why on days that should be slow for business, is everybody rushing to do business? Maybe every Thursday should be a holiday?

Not for business.. family  & friends about tomorrow.

Funnily enough, today I have a million+ offer between 2 US residents which should be finalized tomorrow and a new listing for another US resident at $2M

You guys should have holidays more often,  LOL 

No but I'm not surprised since this is such a slow time for real estate.

All is quite at our home Dolores is watching Survivor on TV. I am going to do some reading.

No in fact it has been quiet all day long. The traffic was terrible too.

Actually turned it off around 8 pm last night, it was quiet.

It was pretty busy yesterday and no kidding, at 5pm the phone goes nuts, worked until 8pm which is a lot longer than planned. 

Nope, this town has shut down.

No, it was wonderfully quiet.... but I'm sure I'll "pay" for that quiet come the weekend and next week!

Just about what to bring to dinner tomorrow.

I know Evelyn has been on the phone much of the evening.  Mine has been quiet.   Wait until tomorrow though!

Yes my phone is ringing like crazy. Friends and family are calling me. It's really nice, but I'm behind on the chores I wanted to get down before tomorrow. I guess that's ok, though. LOL. 

No, but my phone was off for most of the day.  I was in court to get someone evicted.

No, it isn't, I am sorry to say. Happy Thanksgiving William!

My clients are trained, all is quiet except for many Happy Thanksgiving texts from some of my best clients. 

Thank goodness no.

It was yesterday including for showings today.  Today? Nothing.

Fortuantely no; but I did have several email follow-ups!

No, which is very unusual

William my last call was about 445 PM. We were confirming an inspection for Monday. I am happy with that but I was a little restless, like the first couple of days on vacation.

The first few days were crazy but then cooled off by noon on Wednesday.

Mine is just beeping with text messages. I got some from people I did not speak for years ~ how lovely it is: to reconnect:) 

If it is, I am not aware as it is in its very rare "off" mode!

I haven't had a wall phone since....I was a kid...
