Michael Thacker - Louisville Realtor landing page should be 'stand-alone' and not on your website.
The idea is to capture the lead using landing page and send the potential lead to your site with strong call-to-action.
One can easily create the landing page - I do have a few and may be, I should write a post about how easy it is to create one!

Michael - This is something that I am working on as we speak. I am not using a service, but am in the process of creating landing pages and lead capture pages that will correspond with my marketing efforts.

Depending on your definition of a landing page, yes, I have a number of them on my site as well as some stand alone pages.

No lead capture pages yet. Like Ronald says, any page they arrive on is a landing page. For postings online, I use specially crafted URLs with UTM codes (source="Active Raid", Medium="", campaign="Listing Address") and then cloak it all in a URL shortener so it comes out as hugginshomes.com/1k23v My Google Analytics tracks the campaign and the source to see which are giving the best bang for the buck.
I'm researching some lead capture tech that will pop up on my listing pages after a certain time period, but nothing I'm in love with yet. Found some free ebooks through the state recently that I may give out in exchange for emails.
I'm also playing with getting names and emails for everyone who walks in to an open house. Add them to a mailing list in exchange for an entry to win a gift card of their choice. Winner will be notified by email, so they have to provide a valid address and confirm subscription to the mailing list. Still working out the tech behind it and what I want on the signup form and how best to do the form (my website, MailChimp app on a tablet, ???).

Mine just sends me an email, though few ever find me from this, most just call.

Michael,
I would suggest that you work with a proven expert in this field, and there are many. What works in one area of the US fails miserably in another area. Someone who understands that will be able to research (yes it requires research) and help you out. A

Realtors who have a firm grasp of internet marketing rarely use landing pages. They use individual URL/websites which are internally integrated into their CRM's to track their marketing efforts from initial client contact all the way through close of escrow.

I use both.
It is my understanding that the website is about validation and the heavy lifting is done by "landing pages."
Added pages have not provided the graphics agility a landing page requires which compels me to use other low cost providers.
