Enjoying Thanksgiving should not have a negative impact on your business plan for the coming year.

Business plan is done so it will be pig out on everything on the table counter and wash it down with some Reisling!

I have been working on my plan for several weeks now, and since I won't be at my sisters until 4, I will most likely work that morning.

I love it Michael Thornton good for you! We're actually celebrating Thanksgiving tonight, as my bride is trypically working every Thanksgiving (inflight team Virgin America) so we have a new tradition .
I actually started my 2016 business plan (as I do annually) with my Buffini-coach on the first Wednesday of November. I'll use this weekend to take it from outline to details. # of units sold, price point, marketing, goals, etc. It's awesome because it all happens right in my CRM.
Then my bride and I usually go away (hotel somewhere fun) for a couple days in December to layout & line up our personal & family goals for the coming year. We turn our hotel room into a "war Room" with goal sheets blue taped to the walls and goals planners layout everywhere. (Room service always finds this curious).
These are both annual and cherished traditions that set the sail for the coming year...so we avoid drift.

My business plan was created the end of third quarter. I'll fine tune it but I intend to enjoy Thanksgiving with family!

I'm a vegan, so, it is not that scary;) But I plan to spend time with my family and enjoy every moment of it.

I'm hoping to get some time off, but that isn't looking too good at this point.

My plan is ready for next year, Michael. And, I'm not going to pig out either. So, I guess I'll be a dull boy this Thursday.

I will be skipping both as I race against the oncoming winter to get as much done as possble.

I'll be doing some of each....never pig out.... how can one do that in a 4 oz space???? and I've been working on my next year plan for months.....I no longer have a team....my daughter, Tammy and Eric are now a team...and Lorraine is a single agent with no team...I market for both entities.... so my job hasn't changed, it's doubled....

Michael Thornton My business plan is in complete overhaul! I have learned so much and have ideas to implement different strategies for 2016. All this of course after my guest have left and my belly is full.
So I look forward to both!

I've already started on 2016, but have no idea what's on the Thanksgiving menu. As long as Shadow and I get to the Bark Park and the Packers beat the Bears, it will be a great holiday.

My business plan is ongoing with goals along the way. They are not really annual. And, yes, I plan to enjoy Thanksgiving Day with friends. I think many have lost track of what it means what with Black Friday starting that day just to drive people out to shop early for Christmas. And that means many people are working that day. I think that is sad!

Both! We have already started talking about it and it is fun to do something different for a few days!

nov / dec are difficult months in our industry, if for no other reason than many people take time off.... and moods tend to be not so cheery with all the pressure
