I am good at math, so I don't have a problem with it. I do have client problems sometimes!

None on the residential side- there is not much "complex" math here. If we get into commercial, there may be investment strategies to consider with ROI issues, where the computations of present value of money become more intricate as one needs to forecast some numbers and you need to know what you're doing.

None. Calculators are great! Plus, there isn't much math involved beyond addition, subtraction and calculating your commission.

jacquelene rivers I don't see any math problems in this business. When I took the real estate exam there were 15 difficult math questions. Not answering them could make or break passing the exam. When I taught real estate classes the number of questions were reduced to five questions. Math is not considered a problem anymore.

Once you pass your test about the only math you will do is calculate your commission. If you don't know how you quickly will learn.

We should not have any problems because we have calculators and smart phones have apps.

Math was my best subject, so no issues whatsoever. And, if you are having issues, you may want to reconsider your career.

The ones where all the math adds up, makes perfect sense, and consumers don't care.
