I don't know who these people are.  They used to bombard me with emails, and I tried to unsubscribe several times, and finally they stopped their emails.   

We work with the nations' top agents on their branding and marketing strategy, and none of our clients have ever mentiioned working with them.

Based on what is presented in the question, there exists NO information suggesting anything is false.

The reality is, what an AGENT chooses to do or not do,  or their "I Don't Wanna Do That" syndrome they feed, or the fear they avoid is the issue, NOT the programs that may challenge them to overcome.

It would be beneficial to understand the EVOLUTION of the real estate agent and recognize the dynamics taking place.

Whether these are actually TRUE depends on what the hearer does. i.e. Having a paid membership on AR does not make you a blogger, typing lots and lots and lots of words, some coherent, does.

Attending the seminar WILL NOT MAKE YOU A GREAT AGENT.

What you do when you get home could.

Seriously, they're all nothing and they all could be something. There are a lot of 'coaches', 'gurus', 'ninjas', 'trainers' and assorted 'wankers' who are just wonderful and just terrible, depending on who you ask. I finally banished your example from my inbox after a decade of those unsolicited 'invitations'.
The (usually secret/stealth) groups I've belonged to over the years taught me far more than I could imagine getting from elsewhere. I'd start a quiet group on FB and invite a few people I knew and respected who were succeeding IN THE TRENCHES, NOW.

I would call this a sales pitch rather than an elevator pitch.  My guess is that if you work at it it could become true.

You might be able to pick something that works in the menu; I received the most out of Buffini.

I wouldn't waste my time reading them, and certainly not my money!

They need to hire another copywriter. They want your email so they can drop you into their sales funnel.

Doyle - I would imagine that you could spend a lot of time and money chasing these sales pitches, as they seem to be a dime a dozen.

OK, the best elevator speech ever?  Before I was licensed, I lived in a condo here in DC.  Got on the elevator on the top floor where I lived.  One floor below it stopped and a woman got on.  Part of her purse flew open and all of these real estate business cards started to flutter to the floor.  I helped her pick them up and she gave me one.  When I sold my unit a couple of years later, I should have used her.  I went with someone in the building who was just awful.  But after two years, I couldn't find the card.  Rats!

It  does not impress me.
