Parking is essential here, good to hear that it is sometimes not needed there.

Parking is always a consideration, especially when street parking isn't allowed. Demand is strong because many people have 3 or more people in family driving, and also want parking for guests.

Most of California remains autocentric(pun intended) although there is pressure in some areas to allow fewer deeded spaces overall.

Many of the newer and pre-construction condos are offering a very limited number of parking spaces in the project.

Great question Patricia. Getting ready to move to the near northside of Chicago where parking is at a premium. Will not look at a unit without private sheltered offf-street parking. So for me, "YES"!

Your best friend who just happens to be a Realtor

Parking to keep your car ALL the time is premium here, but most buildings have it.

However, parking for guests to visit, most buildings do not offer it, or not enough, and you have to have your guests "rough it" trying to find street parking.

Not bad on non-event nights, but with so many games, arts, and other events in the downtown area, it can be tricky until about 11 p.m.

Parking in Miami Beach is still a premium. No deeded parking gets old really fast as almost everyone has a vehicle here.
