Texting or email versus phone. But I do tell them if it's important contractual information to please send it via email so we have a history of communication.

Even many of my younger clients so that husband and wife can both get it and they get more details via email than is practical to send via text.

I see a tremendous amount of texting and email  but right now it seems that I get more communication with Facebook Messenger and WhatsUP.

Yes, it's texting and email. And I prefer it that way. I can respond to a text quicker than returning a call. It also leaves a paper trail.

I still ask for some things to be in email format for a paper trail, but texting is so common with all ages.

I'm finding more and more of them texting.  Though, I'm not a big fan of this medium for adequate and meaningful communication.

Yes, texting does not interupt if there is no specific time for a call. I prefer text in most situations unless it is negotiation, or a big issue.

Yes...it's almost all text now and I really hate it! You can't always do real estate transactions in a line or two.

texting /email has become number 1. has been that way for. like 2 years. depends on client/vendor etc... sometimes text is way better, sometimes text. smoke signals are popular as well. carrier pigeon is cool, phone calls are there with snail mail

In order of occurrence and preference it outranks email and most assuredly a phone call although each still has their proper time and place.

Texting, for a while now. I use 2PDF to capture conversations with date/time stamp for file. I rather prefer it. HOWEVER, it's not for anything lengthy or involved. But it is great in my land of awful cell reception!
