I work in few counties and if I would see any benefits of being certified by a single city/town/municipality, I'd definitely give it a try.

I'd see it as another gimmick like "GRI, ePRO, SRS, ..." IF it was a half day class, cost NO MORE than $50, had no test and no recurring fees I might consider it (that's ePro but at $50 instead of $300). Every agent out here would likely have it. They love the gimmicks out here.
