Do you mean lucky that you found some who have a plan?

Do you mean lucky that you think you uncovered a great need for which you have the solution....and see your highway to riches?

Most agents are engaged in 'success theater,' an effort to give the illusion of accomplishment where the reality is they practice accidental real estate.

Too many marketers engage is success theater using self-inflation practices such as including SWOT analysis and no branding standards in an audience of folks who have no inspiration to learn anything new. They are mentally exhausted.

So, I would agree...you are lucky.

As the Go-Pro owner shares, the entire success of his business was this great luck that no competitors entered his space when his product was truly inferior.

Many business owner can easily answer "Would you rather be skillful or lucky?"

I have a very detailed marketing plan, most likely even more detailed than some businesses, but I am an entrepreneur at heart so it's in my blood. Only way to built a successful team in multiple states is to have it all down, your team members have to understand your brand, standards, everything.
