Yes, it's very common to see opposites together. 

Yes!  I am outgoing and can talk with anyone and my huband is quiet.  I am very laid back and he is worries.

Yes in a real estate partnership that is often the case.  I do trade clients who have repulsive personality. Most of the time female agent admits ditto....
