The kitchen is the most important in my area.  The floorplan depends on the kitchen, everyone wants open concept.

Totally depends on the buyer but in my opinion and probably most others is the kitchen.  If it needs a total makeover its generally going to be a big ticket item.

However say for example a buyer is looking at a condo but there is no interior laundry space and they have to share a community laundry room. You might as well be living in an apartment.  The lack of laundry room is a deal killer.  Same goes for a master bedroom without an ensuite bath.  That's a deal killer for me personally

Good morning Joshua. When we are flipping a house these three rooms get the most attention, Kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom.

Kitchens and baths sell houses.  It doesn't get any more tried and true than that.

I think it depends on the buyer's needs and wants. For me, it's always been the kitchen.

Most people think it's the Kitchen and it just might be but in my opinion it's the entry to the home.

The kitchen, whether it is an open concept, too small, or outdated counters and appliances, the kitchen has a lot of pull, when it comes to mking a home buying decision.

The 3rd bedroom.

Lack of this flexspace has proven to be a deal breaker.

The rest can be fixed.
