Good morning William. Many lenders weren't really prepared, but the ones that were, I haven't seen any real issues as yet.

I'm dealing with a listing agent that doesn't get it. I had to call her listing broker tonight. The problem is that I wrote for a 45 day closing, with the expressed interest from my buyers to close sooner. The listing agent doesn't get this.

One of the biggest challenges we are seeing so far is that different lenders are using different systems. Title companies are having to learn multiple systems which could easily lead to mistakes.

I'm not hearing of any issues at all with TRID. The lenders and title companies in this area were well prepared for a smooth transition.

I have not yet seen major issues. I attended another CE class on this topic today. There are still many unknowns and delays should be anticipated.
