There is a tremendous amount of ignorance about GMOs, and it's not my job to educate people. But, you asked, so....GMOs do not contain chemicals or in fact ANYthing that non-GMO foods don't already contain. That's not an opinion - that's a fact - supported by any educated food scientist in the world. There is no "science" supporting any claims that GMOs are inherently unhealthy, although there is a tremendous amount of pseudo science that suggests GMOs are linked to everything from autism to the flu.
On the other hand, GMOs have made it possible to grow food where food doesn't ordinarily grow or to grow more food than was normally possible. This helps prevent hunger. I can't find any fault in that.

Watch "The Human Experiment" on Netflix I did earlier this week, very interesting take on chemicals in our products and how they make us sick. TSP is in toothpaste and TSP was outlawed in dishwashing detergent a couple years back in California. I just picked up some all natural toothpaste to give it a try.
As far as the GMO foods, I am against them. I believe they are a primary cause of obesity, lack of nutrition and illness/diseases in our country. There are some good documentaries supporting this on Netflix too.

Today, any number of things are trying to kill you. Which one succeeds, or which grouping, the autopsy or aftermath will tell. Death is a nuisance!

Over the past few years we have come to find all those things we should fear in our food, the diets we should adhere to, that actually changed the food available to us, have been proven to be LIES! These 1970's practices have actually created the environment that has allowed general health to diminish nationwide.
In the GMO discussion, you must be able to separate the economic drivers that is fueling the debate.
Example. GMO has resulted in Monsanto owning 100% of the soybean industry in the USA. Only the Ohio State University retains a strain of non GMO soybean stock in the USA. The same would occur in Europe if their market place was opened to USA soybeans. If you were threatened with losing 100% of your business....you would be making a lot of noise, financing any study to support the exclusion argument and chant 'raise the bar." Suggesting GMO is inferior to non-GMO.
When big money is involved we must select carefully which lie we are going to believe. Both sides are guilting of overt distortions, perhaps blatant lies..
Now, exactly what is God's nutrition plan?

The good ole USA is the best at using HMO's and I wonder how much money we lose as a lot of countries will not buy or trade a lot of the crops grown here.

Good morning Michael. We eat organically grown foods as often as possible, these days food or grown completely different and what is imported, well you just don't know.

I try to live as healthy as possible: as much organic food as I can afford, filtered water, hybrid car, virtual office and digital files, etc.

Michael, I do try to avoid them, but it is getting harder as food processors try to avoid having to disclose they've messed with their products. When it comes to food, I prefer God's version. The only thing he might have gotten wrong was knee design!

I think God had the right plan and I try to eat foods as basic as possible.

My wife and I do not go to fast food places, and rarely go out to eat unless we are sure of what we are eating. We do a lot of cooking with oganic foods at home. Nutrition for us is a luxury we can afford.
