I don't but it is in my future. I'm going to start with a treadmill and work up from there.

I try for 5+ miles hiking or walking fast every day and usually make it 6 or 7 days in the week. Add ocean swimming, backpacking, yoga, pilates, weight training whenever I can.

I walk/run a mile first thing in the morning. Then I hit the gym for a swim about once a week. Good mind deserves a healthy body.

Yes, I am in the gym 7 days a week 3 with a trainer. No real agenda just trying to keep everything where it is supposed to be-LOL I also swim in my pool almost everyday.

I try to work out 5 or 6 days a week. One day of walking and jogging in intervals for about 45 minutes. Next day on the bike for an hour. And the third day some weights and floor exercises. Either repeat or rest on the next day.

I would like to get back to doing P90X3 in the morning and then going for a run. It is just so much better if you are doing it with someone else to motivate you.

Blanca,
There was a time when we ran on a daily basis. One day, we were running at the UCLA track, and all of a sudden I felt like a hamster running in circles...that was the end of running for me.
We have a yoga studio 8 mns from home and we are there at least 3 times a week for a 75 minute flow class. We walk on the beach as often as we have time to do that. A

I walk. My knees don't handle running anymore. And weather permitting my husband and I kayak regularly

Everyday... for you only get so many days and then POOF...you are gone! I either bike or hike and then go to the gym for upper body. Then Jacuzzi, some reading and onward to my first meal. Repeat until you cannot

I think Michael Thornton already asked this question earlier this week; however: I'm off to hike my 10 miles in a few minutes (every Sunday) plus I get in 3-5 miles hiking per day and I use my office's gym about 3 days per week...all to counter balance my over 40 body that clings to every calorie I consume...I wish it was for muscles

I'm nursing a shoulder issue right now and working through a special diet, so I'm off my normal routines. Usually I'm in there 3-4 days a week, down from my 6-7 days a week.
Typically I follow a traditional split of one muscle group per day, sometimes breaking legs into two different days. One for just quads+hamstrings and one for calves+abs & core.
Cardio, I don't do that often. I'll warmup for 5 minutes with light cardio before weights. Some days I do just cardio and that's 30-45 minutes of either moderate intensity steady state or high intensity intervals. Elliptical or recubnant bike for those. I try to always to 10-15 of moderate cardio after leg day to keep the blood flowing. I find my recovery is better when I do that.
When I'm in competition mode, I go 6-7 days a week, 1-2 times per day with weights in the morning and cardio in the afternoon.
I also try to schedule at least one hike a week, during nice weather. Great cardio and the best darn core workout possible!

Every day I walk. Due to other medical issues that's about all I can do except to play golf. I usually walk as much of the course as I can.

I do... and I work out at the gym an average of 4-5 days a week with a combination of aerobic and weight lifting exercises. Too old to do a lot of running.... the next can't take it any more.

I have an exercise bike in my office, with a laptop desk mounted to it, that I like to use on days when I am in the office.
