I have to laugh.  When in the asphalt business I bought a piece of equipment sight unseen and picked it up at 9pm on the way to its first job.  By 10am the next morning I had already done 200 to 300 linear feet crack fill of my contracted 1 mile plus.  lmao.  That was one long day.  Got er done though.  Mark

No. However, I have delegated equipment purchases many times. 

We're not those kind of buyers.  Mr. Murty might be able to bring himself to do it, but I doubt it.  For me, it's a No.

I bought my latest car via the internet from a dealer in Las Vegas. Flew there prior to a family trip and drove it for our vacation then shipped it home to Kauai. Great car and got a great price. 

I have not, but if I was to purchase it I would  like to see it first.

No I have not.

I have never purchased a pickup truck or a plow.  I think people I know would wonder what happened it that ever occurred.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you William. When I had mine I bought it brand new the day it appeared on the dealer's lot. I had been snow plowing for about 5 winters by then (not in FL) and knew how to make the most of it. Have your mechanic check the transmission, brakes and clutch before putting it into service. Those are usually the first items to go even if it's low mileage.

My driveway is too short to require a truck with plow attachment, so "no" is my answer.

Can't say that I have. I like to try them out before I buy vehicles of any sort. 

Good morning William. Have not purchased any vehicles without seeing them, but a couple pieces of real estate, one worked out well, the other, not so much.

Well, Bill I have not bought a truck without taking a look at it first, but I have bought a lot of houses without showing them to my wife first.

I haven't ever done this. Although I did have a buyer purchase a bank owned fixer from me just based upon her brother viewing it. She had never seen the house or neighborhood. 

Bought my first car, a used 190 SL from Germany way back when for $1,500. Have many fond memories of it. Wish I still had it!

No,  I always check out the vehicles before I buy them.

No, I have never bought a vehicle that way, but I have bought three houses that way!  My old coworkers thought I was crazy (and boy did I have fun telling them!!).

nope.  I bought a sofa I never sat on once and I'll never do that again either.

I have to test drive my cars and have never bought a plow before. I think I would want to know how it drives too.

Well, you had a good lead William, I'm sure you made a good choice.  I would have done the same with a trusted lead if it was a real good deal.
