@Dick Greenberg is the king of this one and would be able to give you great advice.  It won't let me tag him for some reason.  

A bigger question than just a simple Q&A Kate. If everyone knew the answer then we would have our reports on the front page of Google. One thing I can tell you is that you have to be consistent and do it often, as on almost every day. Good luck to you.

I would post a new report but using the previous format.

To avoid duplication, the first paragraph or 'dateline)  should have a new date and list the new findings categories.

Just make sure the Title and date line contain the same key words in addition to the community name.

My plan was to copy and paste the content and update the charts and numbers.  Hopefully it would be enough of a change to be considered unique material.

Kate, I do use the same format each month, with the updated data, and post.  The old ones and new ones show up in searches.

I always use the same format but a new report....I don't update and repost....

I post new ones, but not every month.
