I'm sure you will get lots of answers to this one. I send my clients a monthly newsletter and I try (operative word here) to give them a call at least once a quarter.

Good Thursday morning Paul. I place a sticky note on the four head one with a glue that will not come off. I promise you, they will remember me – LOL
I send a monthly newsletter and at least 2 property watches each month, plus an occasional personal email or call.
Keep sending them birthday cards, holiday cards, call them once in a while and jst plain keep in touch with them.
I contact them weekly all year long. I mix it up, but they love hearing from me.
Not nearly enough, always on my list of things to do, but ofen the doing of the next projects gets in the way of all that nice followup that I should be doing on a regular basis.
For me when my investors get monthly positive cash flow deposited into their account I believe that beats a postcard saying don't forget me.
It depends on the client. It can be a text or email about something that interests them, something funny, a referral to potential client for their business, etc.
One of my favorite clients has a potty mouth that puts me to shame. Whenever I see a meme that just screams her name, I email or text it to her and we just crack up.
I might leave my homemade protein snacks, chocolate chip cookies a bottle of whiskey or dog treats at the door. It always depends on the audience, it's rarely real estate related and always authentic.
