Winston Heverly - I feel I am always a beginner, learning something new, daily. Though I am licensed for more than a decade.

I am in the advanced seniors category. I got my Real Estate Broker license in October, 1960 while still in law school at the University of Virginia.

I look back and wonder how is this possible, that I have been licensed so far back that Ronald Reagan was president. I was 22 in June 1984.

Winston Heverly By process of elimination, we are not beginners, nor are we seasoned seniors, therefore we are door number 2, veterans!

In my 25th year so you decide. I get called "just a baby" by lots of agents in my market.

I am in my 16th year. I would consider that seasoned. But there is always something to learn as things continue to change.

It has always seemed as though I've been a beginner in this real estate industry. I have so much respect for those that set the table for me. You know, those that have been around when a contract was written on one page or those that were around before there was even a Multiple Listing Service. The spirit of sharing has been a building block for our industry. There are always those with more experience or more knowledge. There are Brokers and Managers that have answers. I seek out their expertise as I do from fellow Realtors. I've been a Realtor since 1996 and have work full time and still feel like I'm just beginning to understand our industry. I love having a career where the learning curve is straight up!

7 years full time. I would consider that seasoned, although I did just turn 44, so maybe I'm a senior!
