Sounds good as long as the shirt has a narrow collar if not wearing a tie.

Most properties would be casual and the upper priced would be  a suit and tie.

W wears a suit and tie, I wear a dress or the like.

I think that sounds good - it does depend on the location and the client. If it is a bank, I would suggest a tie - for a group of agents I would skip the tie. Hope it goes well! Good luck

Well, I don't where sports coats and khahi's, but I do wear a nice dress or casual suit. I prefer to be more formal than less in a business venue, especially when I don't know the people yet. (I expect my attorney, my accountant, etc. to be more than casual and I expect it of myself, as well.)

Michael, sounds like you will be good.  I think it too depends on WHO the client is and the property. 

Jeans and a dress shirt is how I fly.  Albuquerque is a laid back town.

I always go with what is comfortable for me.  I am what I am and I either click with the potential clients or I don't.

Biz Casual, the price bracket determines if I put on a jacket..so does location.

Good morning Michael. For all my appointment I dress casual, that is what works for me.

Slacks, and a Tie.  Depending on the weather a jacket.  Now if I know the people well I will dress as they normally see me.  I little more casual.  I do not wear a suit.

You may be better dressed than the agents.

I was told always start out in a jacket/sport coat if you have not met them before. You can take it off whenever you want, but starting off with is shows you respect them enough to dress to the occasion. If you have met them before you may be able to be more casual or field ready.

Business casual is ok just as long as it is clean and high end.

Business, fairly formal.

Michael Thornton usually, I dress up one level more than that of the sellers. If it is a condo, a tie and if it is single family huge home, my suit.

I dress nicely but not in a business suit.  It is important to have my clothing represent who I am so I can be who I am.  Dressing in a manner that make me feel different or weird would reflect on my honesty in the presentation.

As long as your not naked I think you should dress the way you like to present yourself . 

The standard of dress varies from market to market. Business casual is acceptable in our area.

Depends on the listing...Working farm, Jeans, Upper priced home Tie, inbetween...Somewhere in the middle.  But always I try to dress one step above my potential client
