Yikes, little much for my tastes. Our public comments must meet MLS guidelines, no self promotion, etc. I also stick with facts vs opinions "best views in town", etc. I only mention price when it is factual in nature and can be backed up with proof. IE: The lowest priced 4 bedroom property currently listed on MLS in the entire subdivision.

To me is simply states "Remember, its a condo surrounded by others who may or may not be peeping Toms."

Or it is a deliberate effort to keep out the fuddy duddies. It only take one grouch to ruin an environment that others have worked hard to create.
