Frustrating part searching for RENTAL: No one calls back

Frustrating part of selling: 
   Agent perspective: unqualified buyers
   Seller perspective: appraisal

Frustrating part of buying:
   Agent perspective: Buyer thinks a better property will appear tomorrow and thinks the darkside guess-timate is real.
   Buyer perspective: Has no access to the FULL inventory, relies on the darkside.

I don't know about Miami, but I find searching for rentals in other markets very difficult because they are not aggregated like MLS listings.
