I am surprised that they apologized, I thought they would have taken Trumps lead, added a few more insults and either run for office or got a spot on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing.

The apology was well written and seemed sincere.  However, additional details about other issues at the agency could cloud the sincerity of the latest apology.    It will be interesting to see how this plays out in the long run.

This ad was brought up by one of the instructors at our state convention yesterday. He thought it was briliiant and caused a lot of buzz and will get the agents business.

I think it is time to let it go.

Sincere or not ... there is always triage to clean up ones mess. This too shall pass ... they will deal with the consequences and hopefully learn from their poor judgment. Only they know how they really feel ... they need to live with it.

Susan- it is time to move on.  They've apologized and it is left to individuals to decide whether or not to accept it.  The law of economics and the passing of time will decide their company's fate.

If we held on to things longer than we should, how would one have time to truly live in the moment? You would instead become a full-time librarian of your memories and thoughts. That's a pretty small world and in my opinion, the short end of the stick. Find your center and watch this as it passes on by

Susan, I am very forgiving, and more likely to accept one's apology, than not. I do learn from others though, and how not to be. And always remember that you can not take back words. So to always think before you speak...take a deep breath before responding in a heated situation...
