I like the fall season....it' comfortable.... it's a colorful time....it's urgency here is to close before winter....

That would be when I can take the buyer out on the boat, warm air, sunshine, blue waters, the occasional dolphin... and place indelibly in their mind, they CAN live here.

For my part of FLORIDA that only eliminates Jan and Feb. The other 10 months are prime season

Any season I'm working with real estate clients.  Spring/ Summer are our hottest RE seasons.

Fall is my favorite season... PERIOD!

Snowbird Season!

Fall & Spring I have two!  We are still low in inventory so every quarter is good!

All year long here! (Kauai) 

In Orange County we don't have seasons !  But I would have to say, Fall is my favorite... Pricing highs seem to stabilize, momentum high!

I'd say late summer early fall, no matter what part of the country it is usually very nice temperatures.

When I was actively listing and selling   (instead of working the international referral market),  my favorite time was the holiday season because buyers and sellers were serious and many agents took the time off.

Living in Sunny So California, we don't really have seasons! ;)

On any actual Holidays, not because I mind working any time, but because I've found it to be a waste of time and the sellers aren't happy about it. Seasons? No favorites.

Autumn is always the best for me.  Love the season itself but also find it is our busiest much like Barbara Todaro has shared.   And, it is the most beautiful time of the year to be on tours!

Well, it's San Diego (75 & sunny 360 days/year) so, basically my selling season is every day I'm not on vacation or on my weekly Sunday' off.  

But, to honor your question, I enjoy between Halloween & Christmas the most, it's when I have the most serious buyers & sellers; they are willing to look/list during the Holidays and all the homes are decorated. Plus, there's less congestion in the market here, many of the less than serious (buyers, sellers & Realtors) knock off until January.

Winter..... definitely winter! It reaches about 112 degrees down here in the Rio Grande Valley, so needless to say, I look forward to winter!

I like the fall Winston!

Spring time is our best season -- my favorite time to sell ils when the buyers are our in force.

Here in Colorado it has snowed on the last two Mothers Day’s so we have a non-traditional Spring. I’ll take any day the temperature is above 40 degrees.

Anytime they are buying Winston.

Almost all year long!  Not so much fun in 110 degree weather of which we have a little bit of in July and August.

Winter when everything is bustling and the tourist are so ready to buy those second and third homes here on the beach!
