I always have considered myself a happy person. I think that because I naturally wake up pre- dawn unassisted and excited about the day ahead (everyday) I qualify.

because there's no reason for me to be unhappy!!! especially, this morning....I'm on my way to Cape Cod to sprawl on the beach and splash in the ocean....move over sharks, we'll be there by 8:00am...

I'm not sure about happy, but I consider myself very blessed person. I'm feeling very grateful for all I got.

Bob Crane being alive itself is a good reason to rejoice, isn't it?

Change the way we look at the things and things will change. Do not cry over that spilled coffee early in the morning and our day will be HAPPY!

Do not scream at the driver who cut in your lane dangerously and your day will be GREAT!

Do not blame a lender for not getting mortgage commitment and it will be easier to find a solution to the problem.

Can we always be happy? Sometimes it's challenging - however, have that attitude of gratitude.

Thank Lord for what we have.

I am determined to be happy - and look for the silver lining or the opportunity to make lemonade. I can't understand depression - I can sympathize with it but I can't understand that black hole - just will not allow myself to get down and have always just put my big girl panties on and dealt with the situation.

Smile, hold your head up, and even if you're not hapy in the moment the positive energy will bring you things to be happy about!

I'm thankful for the life I lead.  I'm pretty happy most days, but I do have my moments!

Yes, and I credit it to my family and my career.  I was a happy kid growing up - so it seems easy to continue on in the same way - making good choices.

Yes, I am a Happy person because I have a sense of humor and I'm married to a great lady.

Yes I do, as most do not want to be around those who are not!  If you do not like your life --- change it -- it will make you happier!

Yes I do. I was raised that way, to pick myself up and move on. The old bootstraps thing. But when you do that, and succeed, it makes you feel powerful and happy. 

I try to be happy but it takes a determined effort at times.

Yes, why waste you life being unhappy when you can make the decision.

I tend to worry at times but I'm still happy.
