Chris - I am in the office a lot more than I would like to be. I like to get out of the office, and most of the time that only happens when I have buyers. Most listings I can market without getting out of the home too often.

It varies greatly on which projects are going on. Most weeks I am in the office 16 hour per day, other weeks I am in the woods and need others to fill in many of my office tasks.
