These clients asked me to sell this property.. I'd prefer to have an agent that specializes in this type of sell either work with me as co-list or referal fee agreement. I will be buying them something else.. I have already fornd them a good piece of land. there are issues with the mangement here and a bunch of them are for sale so this sale has issues that could go bad easy. gut feeling from past 30 years...
