I am a listing agent. However, I am not so foolish as to think their is only one game in play. It is understandable that we place greatest faith in what we know and hear most often repeated.

Don't kid yourself.
No one whines to me that their house isn't selling.
I don't have to smile at any seller and pretend how "wonderful" the house is.
I don't have to open up houses for agents that have not qualified their buyers.
I can be totally honest.
My clients value my opinon and appreciate my time.
My phone only rings when it is a client, or a potential one.
100% of my buyers buy a property...usually within days.
I never have to discount my commission and make more than you think.
